Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physician Assistant (PA-C)
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background, excellent interpersonal skills, and a desire to grow in the field of Otolaryngology. New graduates with ENT rotations or strong surgical interest are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Perform patient evaluations, including histories and physical exams
- Assist with in-office procedures (e.g., nasal endoscopy, ear cleaning, minor surgical procedures)
- First assist in surgical procedures (if applicable)
- Manage pre- and post-operative care
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, procedures, and medications
- Collaborate with physicians, audiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Document patient encounters in EMR
Qualifications:
- Current PA-C certification and state licensure (or ability to obtain)
- BLS/ACLS certification
- Previous ENT or surgical experience preferred but not required
- Excellent clinical judgment and communication skills
- Passion for delivering high-quality patient care
