Treating hearing loss is an ongoing process that requires regular follow-ups, maintenance, and cleanings to keep patients hearing their best. Our staff is here to support our patients during their initial visit, but throughout their entire journey to better hearing.
What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking an exceptional Audiologist to join our patient-focused team. Our well-known, established practice has been in the DC community for over 35 years.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide diagnostic audiologic evaluations.
- Develop treatment plans and make recommendations, and establish realistic expectations with the patient’s needs.
- Hearing aid evaluations, fittings, follow-ups, and troubleshooting with a variety of hearing aid manufacturers.
- Maintain all clinical records and reports congruent with clinic protocols and standards, including HIPAA.
- Stay up to date on changes in the field of audiology.
- Adherence to company policies and procedures
What You’ll Need:
- Au.D. preferred, a master’s degree in Audiology acceptable.
- DC State Audiology license or ability to acquire.
- Excellent interpersonal/communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with a flexible attitude
- The ability to work and contribute to a team environment.
- Strong compassion, care, and respect for patients
