Hearing Solutions Audiology and Hearing Aids is a privately-owned Audiology practice in Jasper, TX. We have been helping patients in our community since 1998 and we are passionate about providing both the best hearing healthcare technology available and the best patient experience possible. Jasper, TX is known far and wide as the “Jewel of the Forest” with their mild winters, low cost of living, high quality of life and abundant natural beauty. In this role you will primarily be working with our country’s greatest veterans and doing VA Work.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct diagnostic comprehensive hearing evaluations
• Executes a treatment plan through excellent counseling and education
• Recommend and fit proper hearing devices based on patient’s needs
• Assist in clinical administrative functions including phone calls, documentation, and reporting
• Maintain confidentiality of all business and patient information
• Adherence to company policies and procedures
• May also be involved in marketing and public outreach, including community events, lunch and learns, health fairs, and senior living events
• Ability and want to work directly with veterans

What You’ll Need:

• Demonstrated experience building strong and positive relationships with patients
• Masters or Doctorate in Audiology
• Active Texas Dispensing license or eligible for licensure
• Patient-centered approach with great listening skills
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence others
• Desire to work collaboratively as part of a diverse team of professionals
• Flexible and adaptable; open to change and feedback

What We Offer:

- Base Salary: $65K-$70K
