OUR MISSION – As a family-owned and operated practice, our mission is simply to provide personalized and exceptional hearing care. We have been helping patients in our community since 1979 and now have 4 locations. We understand the impact hearing loss can have on one's quality of life, and that's why we prioritize building personal relationships with our patients and listening to their concerns. Our goal is to make every visit to our practice a positive and comfortable experience, so patients can feel at ease discussing your hearing health. We believe that hearing health is whole health.
What We're Looking For:
We're seeking an exceptional Hearing Instrument Specialist or Hearing Instrument Specialist Trainee to join our team of dedicated professionals. Are you passionate about providing the best patient care as part of a growing team? We look forward to learning more about you!
What You'll Do:
Conduct diagnostic comprehensive hearing evaluations
Execute a treatment plan through excellent counseling and education
Recommend and fit proper hearing devices based on patient's needs
Assist in clinical administrative functions including phone calls, documentation, and reporting
Maintain confidentiality of all business and patient information
Adherence to company policies and procedures
May also be involved in marketing and public outreach, including community events, lunch and learns, health fairs, and senior living events
What You'll Need:
Demonstrated experience building strong and positive relationships with patients
Active CA Hearing Aid Dispensing license
Patient-centered approach with great listening skills
Strong communication skills and ability to influence others
Desire to work collaboratively as part of a diverse team of professionals
Flexible and adaptable; open to change and feedback
