National Hearing and Balance has an immediate opening for a Patient Care Coordinator/Technical Assistant in Los Alamos, NM!
We are a growing company and are looking for someone highly motivated, loves to learn, and loves helping people. We have excellent onboarding (training) to help you be successful. There is an opportunity to grow in this position.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8 am - 5 pm
Job responsibilities include:
o Answering phones
o Scheduling
o Verifying Insurances
o Preparing paperwork
o Collecting monies
o Assisting the provider with remote visits
o Processing orders
o Checking and cleaning hearing aids
o Marketing to referring physicians
Qualifications Needed:
o A high school degree /GED or higher
o Excellent communication and organizational skills
o Good references
o Reliable vehicle
o Salary starting at $18 an hour
o Insurance available
